Give.Sweat. brings together fitness enthusiasts to enjoy a weekend filled with invigorating workouts, on one of the most beautiful beaches in the DR. We serve up twice-daily sweat sessions, infused with a healthy-dose of partying & authentic Dominican culture. Workouts are complemented by beachside massages, daydreams in hammocks, or quality time spent with the sea. For those energizer bunnies, there are plenty of ways to stay active; snorkeling, scuba diving, stand up paddle boarding, water skiing… try one or do them all. There’s also an outdoor adventure included in the extended weekend package.
The entire getaway is a celebration of health, happiness, & the goodness in humanity. Each weekend directly funds educational programs for the most vulnerable children in our community. We dedicate a special time on Sunday to connecting with these children & celebrating life. You’ll leave Give.Sweat. feeling great, with new friends, treasured memories, and an appreciation for finding joy… in everything. Join us.

Emily is back! And we have a few surprises in store for her next G.S. weekend. Her tagline is “Peace, Love, & Sweat!” and that’s what she’s all about. As a trained dancer, yogi, and fitness professional, Emily is dedicated to helping others better their lives through fitness. She is in demand all over NYC, and her classes are famous. Join us for a weekend of heart pumping moves to beats that will make you want to dance like no one is watching. Emily will help you find your zen & bring out the inner “fly girl” you didn’t even know existed! Emily’s G.S. weekends are such a good time it feels wrong to call them workouts. Dedicated. Intense. Motivating. Fun. - that’s Greg James in a few simple words. We can’t wait for his G.S. Bootcamp debut! Greg is a highly sought after NYC fitness coach, leading the boxing & HIIT craze and brings 20+ years of martial arts training to his career as a professional fitness coach. He is a motivational speaker (sometimes yeller) that will help you push through limits you thought existed. A recent addition to the Tough Mudder coaching team, Greg helps you break walls.
